Hi I'm Gina reporting from a mysterious house in the woods, come follow me into the house. My first observation of the house was that there was a dining room table with three bowls of porridge on it. I noticed that only one of the bowls of porridge was steaming. So following that observation my inference was that it was the only one really hot. So I decided to do an experiment. My independent variable was the temperature of the porridge. My levels of IV were that one of them was 100 degrees the other one was 65 degree and the last one was 0 degrees. Next I decided to do find out the dependent variable which was the amount of porridge eaten. Then I found out the units of measurement which was how many cups, bowls, and/or spoonfuls of porridge eaten. After that I figured out the 2 constants, constants #1 is the size of the bowl and constant #2 is the amount of porridge in each bowl. Last but not least I had to figured out the purpose which was " the effect of the temperature of the porridge on the amount of porridge eaten". That is all for today I'm Gina signing off.
